What is the pickup process like?expand_more
We offer a simple, contactless pickup experience. Your vehicle will be ready at your selected location or delivered within 20 miles of Denver. Before pickup, you may be asked to complete a quick ID verification. Once that's done, you'll receive access instructions and can get on the road.
Insurance requirementsexpand_more
You may use your own personal auto insurance if it provides coverage for rental vehicles. We recommend confirming coverage with your provider before your trip. If you don't have coverage, optional protection plans are available during booking.
What is the cancellation policy?expand_more
Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled pickup time. For non-refundable bookings, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
What are the age requirements?expand_more
Drivers must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. Drivers under 25 may rent select vehicles and are subject to an additional young driver fee.
Are there mileage limits?expand_more
Most rentals include 200 miles per day — ideal for trips from Denver to the mountains and back. Additional miles are billed at a per-mile rate shown on each vehicle listing. Unlimited mileage options are available for select bookings.
Where are the delivery areas?expand_more
We offer delivery within 20 miles of Denver, including Denver International Airport (DEN), Downtown Denver, and surrounding areas. Delivery is available for an additional fee, which is shown during booking.
What payment methods are accepted?expand_more
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and modern digital payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept cash or prepaid debit cards.
What is the damage policy?expand_more
We perform a detailed inspection before and after each rental. Renters are responsible for any new damage that occurs during the rental period, unless covered by their insurance or protection plan. We recommend taking photos of the vehicle at pickup and return for your records.
